A promoter for foreign investment must submit a proposal in prescribed form to the Myanmar Investment Commission for consideration of issuing permit. If it is a hundred percent foreign investment, a draft contract to be executed with an organization determined by the Ministry concerned. If it is a joint-venture, a draft between the foreign investor and local counterpart. If it is a joint-venture in the form of a limited company, draft contract between the foreign and local investors.

(7) Certificate of Compliance with the Terms and conditions of the Permit.

(13) Passport or National Registration Card (N.R.C) Copy of Authorized Person

(14) Licence of the Central Bank of Myanmar for Bank Representative Office.
